Child Safety Policy

The Creator Pass (the "Platform"), operated by DILDO DATING PRIVATE LIMITED, is strictly for adults. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"), for the sexual exploitation of minors in any form, and for any attempt to use this Platform to reach or groom a child.

This is not a policy we balance against other interests. There is no warning, no strike system and no appeal on the merits: an account involved in this is removed and reported. This policy sits alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Nobody under 18, anywhere on the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account, whether as a member or as a creator. Every person who appears in any content published here must also be at least 18 at the time the content was made.

• We ask every account for a date of birth at sign-up, and refuse the account if it is under 18.
• Before a creator can publish or be paid, they complete an identity check through our verification provider, which reads a government-issued identity document and matches it to a live face capture. The date of birth is taken from the document, not from what was typed.
• Creators are responsible for confirming that every other person appearing in their content is over 18 and has given documented, informed consent. We may ask for that evidence at any time and may remove content until it is produced.
• We may re-verify, restrict or remove any account where we cannot satisfy ourselves about age.

2. What is prohibited

The following are prohibited without exception, and apply to images, video, audio, text, usernames, profile details, live streams, messages and custom requests alike:

• Any content that depicts, describes or sexualises a person under 18, whether real, edited, drawn, animated or generated.
• Content in which an adult is presented, styled or described as a minor, or which uses a school or childhood setting to sexualise youth.
• Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to contact, recruit or arrange to meet a minor.
• Sharing, requesting, advertising or linking to CSAM, including directing anyone off-Platform to obtain it.
• Any non-consensual sexual content involving any person, of any age.

Generated and edited material is treated exactly as real material. That it was synthetic is not a defence and does not change what we do about it.

3. Reporting

If you see anything on the Platform that involves a minor, report it immediately. You do not need an account to do so, and you do not need to be certain — tell us and let us look.

• Email: info@thecreatorpass.com, with "CHILD SAFETY" in the subject line.
• In the app: use the report control on any profile, post or conversation.

Please include a link or username and anything that helps us find it. Do not download, save or forward suspected CSAM, including to us — possessing or transmitting it is itself an offence. A description and a link is what we need.

Reports about a child in immediate danger should also go to the police on 112, or to India's National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in, which has a dedicated channel for reporting child sexual abuse material.

4. What we do about it

Reports of this kind are treated as the highest priority we have and are escalated immediately rather than queued. Where we find a credible case, we will:

• remove or disable the content straight away, and in any event within 24 hours of a valid complaint, as required by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021;
• permanently terminate the account and any payouts owed to it, and block the person from returning;
• preserve the content, account records and access logs as evidence, rather than deleting them, so that they are available to investigators;
• report the matter to the appropriate authorities, including the police and the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal; and
• cooperate fully with law enforcement, including with lawful requests for data.

The counter-notice process described in our Terms does not apply here. We do not restore this content pending a dispute.

5. Reporting to authorities is not optional for us

Under Section 19 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ("POCSO"), a person who has knowledge that an offence against a child has been committed is obliged to report it, and failing to do so is itself an offence. Publishing or transmitting material depicting children in a sexually explicit act is an offence under Section 67B of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

We will report. We will do so whether or not the account holder objects, and whether or not the content has already been taken down.

6. Creator responsibility

Creators are solely responsible for the content they publish on the Platform and for everyone who appears in it. By publishing, a creator confirms that every person shown is over 18, has consented, and that documentation of both is held and can be produced on request.

If a complaint, claim, investigation or proceeding arises out of content a creator published — including one brought by a person appearing in it, by a rights holder, or by any authority — that creator is responsible for it and indemnifies the Platform against the resulting losses, in accordance with Sections 5, 9 and 16 of our Terms and Conditions. We may withhold payouts connected to the content in question while a matter is open.

This allocates responsibility between us and our creators. It does not limit our own duties under law, and it does not affect what we do when a report comes in: we act on it regardless of who bears the eventual liability.

7. Grievance Officer

In line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, complaints about content on the Platform can be sent to our Grievance Officer at info@thecreatorpass.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. Reports involving a minor are acted on immediately and do not wait on that timeline.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our tools and obligations develop. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
